Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have over it. It is written to be readable: we do not collect anything we do not need.

Who is responsible

True Invest Group LLC, based in Florida (USA), is the controller of your data. For anything related to privacy, write to us at info@trueinvestgroup.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you actively give us:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), country, investment range (optional) and the message you write.
• Newsletter: your email address and the record of your consent.
• Investor portal: if you are a client, your account details (name, email, phone, country) and the investment information we manage with you.

We use no marketing analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising, and we do not track you across sites. We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you. To keep the site fast we measure its technical performance with Vercel Speed Insights: aggregated metrics such as load times, with no cookies and no personal data.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry — because you sent it and asked us to reply.
• To send you the newsletter — with your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To manage your investment and give you portal access — to perform our contract with you.
• To meet legal obligations — accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering duties where they apply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We work with these providers, who process it on our behalf:

• Vercel — hosting for the site and measuring its technical performance (Speed Insights).
• Supabase — hosting for the database and the portal's files.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email (confirmations, notices and the newsletter).
• OpenStreetMap — the maps on project and lot pages load from their servers, which receive your IP address when the map is displayed.

International transfers

We operate from the United States and some of our providers process data there. Where European rules apply, these transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries, for as long as the conversation lasts plus a reasonable follow-up period. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe. Investor data, for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as legal obligations require.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. We only use strictly necessary ones:

• The session cookie that keeps you signed in to the investor portal.
• A cookie that remembers the language you chose in the portal.

Because they are essential for the service to work, they do not require prior consent.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability. You may also withdraw consent where you gave it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.

To exercise them, write to info@trueinvestgroup.com. If you live in the European Union and believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, we will publish the updated version here with its new date. If the change is significant and we have a way to reach you, we will tell you.
